What's the Vastu training they receive?
A 2-day live cohort led by our resident Vastu pundits. Covers the Vastu Purusha Mandala, the 8 directional zones, classical Manasara + Mayamatam references, and how to translate Vastu principles into modern architectural drawings. We absorb the cost of the training — architects pay nothing — because Vastu fluency is what separates AstroSpeaks architects from generic ones.
How is this different from talking to a Vastu Expert?
Vastu Experts are pundits or scholars who interpret Vastu Shastra — best when you want a shastra-grounded reading on directions, doshas, and remedies. Architects are modern building professionals who can design + draft + stamp the actual construction drawings. Many customers use both: a Vastu Expert for the directional layer, then an architect to translate it into buildable drawings.
Can I get stamped approval drawings for my municipal permit?
Yes. Pricing is ₹15 per sq ft built-up for AstroSpeaks DBYO customers (architect adapts your locked design) and ₹25 per sq ft for walk-ins (architect designs from scratch + stamps). Includes site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, CoA architect signature, and one round of revision. Submission-ready in 14 days.
What if I need more than one hour?
Book additional Architect Hours at ₹5,000 each. Use them for deeper design conversations, on-the-call drawing reviews, troubleshooting construction questions — anything that needs more time. For short async questions stay with our ₹99/question Q&A channel.
Is in-person consultation available?
Phase 1 is online-only (video sessions). In-person consultations — site visits, plan verification, construction supervision — land in Phase 2 across select cities. Existing customers can request quotes for in-person work directly with their chosen architect; the platform formal flow ships later.
