Architects House (AHO) is India's house-building platform. Customers buy a complete home design — Floor Plan + 3D + Budget — directly from AHO. We assign the architect; you deliver. Modern, fixed pricing, no client-acquisition burden.

Productized deliverables

You deliver to AHO's standard — Floor Plan, 3D walkthrough, BoQ-backed budget. Every deliverable follows the same format, no per-project re-invention.

Transparent commission

Platform-Fixed at 15% (with discovery boost) or Variable at 23%. Pick at onboarding.

Vastu isn't your job

You focus on architecture. AstroSpeaks handles the Vastu.

Every Vastu-certified home AHO ships is certified by our partner AstroSpeaks — India's Vedic Jyotisha and Vastu authority. You don't need to be a Vastu expert. You bring the architecture; AstroSpeaks brings the Vastu certification. Two organisations, each in the discipline it's built on.

Want to deepen your Vastu literacy anyway? Our optional 2-day cohort (₹0 cost, AstroSpeaks-led) gets you into the AstroSpeaks-paired pool — the team that delivers DBYO Vastu homes. It's a path to more bookings, not a gate to listing.

What we expect

  • ·B.Arch degree (5-year course, minimum) from an AICTE/COA-approved institution. Certificate verified at application.
  • ·Council of Architecture registration — current, in good standing. We verify against the CoA register.
  • ·Portfolio of at least 3 projects — residential preferred. Photos, drawings, or live links.
  • ·Sign our Code of Conduct — transparent pricing, 48h Q&A response, no hidden fees.
Optional pro badge

AstroSpeaks-paired — complete the optional 2-day Vastu cohort to join the DBYO Vastu delivery pool. More bookings, none of the Vastu authority claim. Path, not gate.
